i ate kangaroo today! and i ate vegemite last night and i have to say the kangaroo was 395802958235 times better than the vegemite.

The Square:
It's practically a mall but with your grocery stores mixed in aka Woolworths and Coles.. I was a Coles fan.. don't know why.. maybe because someone said it was cheaper.. whatev.. there's also the cutest store called "just jeans" I'd walk in there simply to look at the colors and the cute things.. Jay Jays is cheaper.. ANZ (the Z is said Zet) is a BANK.. I know it looks like a SPA but it's not. I have a friend that also works there his name is Steve.
Vegetables:
Best vegetables in town are from Tina.. the lady down the Street from Orion you can walk there and back.. Actually you can walk anywhere really but she'll cut you a deal on ORGANIC produce..
OP Shops:
Will become your best friends when looking for things for Outdoor Ed. They are Thrift shops! :) and are located downtown. Also down Town is a little cafe called...
Sweet Pea
they have the BEST quishe there.. they are Vegan.. so try it! (much better than vegimite I swear! :) There's also a craft store around there too and that's where you want to go for costumes when going to The One or Marys or The Standard (those are all pubs you might get invited to. Go it's fun)
TAKE THE SHUTTLE! as much as possible while it's free and available! Meet someone that has a car and you might even get to drive and save money! (just pay for petrol).. that's gas ok a few words to help you out
